🏞Canyons/Caves/Lookouts Combo Day of the Blue Mountains🏞

How about a multi-stop adventure to some of the lesser visited beauties of the Blue Mountains that you may not have even seen or heard of? Figure waterfalls, caves, waterholes, lookouts and some don’t even require a long walk – just well hidden! Join Hikeandseek on a fun day out adventuring to a variety of gorgeous mountain spots, and perhaps in good conditions feel free to have a quick wade! Along with the magnificent flora and fauna thriving in the Blue Mountains, come meet some of the hidden waterholes in our backyard mountains!

 
 

🌄Meeting Time and Location:

6:30am - Outside Rydges Hotel World Square 389 Pitt St, Sydney City

7:00am - Outside Westmead Station, Railway Parade at pickup zone near crossing (Opposite MINA Bakery)

5:30pm - Outside Rydges Hotel World Square 389 Pitt St, Sydney City

Drop off Times may vary slightly due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances.

⏱Tour Length: Approximately 6 hours inclusive of stopovers and refreshment stops

Cost: $190pp (All prices inclusive of GST)

Moderate levels of fitness required. Total Walking Distance will be more than 10km with an easy-moderate level of incline. A small amount of stair climbing is to be expected. The day should be suitable for most beginners with an active lifestyle.

Extra Notes: Limited Mobile Reception expected on walks, Personal Photos + Tour Group Photos will be uploaded online and provided within a few days of the tour (Care will be taken to take as nice a photo for participants as possible for lasting memories), General Guide of the locations and other features of the Blue Mountains will be given, along with recommendations for future visits and walks, and other foodie stops. (Note: In the presence of rain during and directly before the hike, some locations will be substituted with other similar visits/walks for safety reasons)

The Day’s Itinerary will be outlined to confirmed participants and will visit a variety of waterholes around the Blue Mountains as well as the chance of a dip in good conditions (difficult in winter) or a note for future visits to the Blue Mountains.

👉🏼You will need to bring:

· Sun Protection

· Food and snacks for the day including lunch (Resting time will be given to have meals and snacks, alternatively this can also be purchased at certain points along the trip)

· Small Backpack

· Sturdy Hiking Shoes, Sturdy enclosed outdoor shoes recommended

· 3 Litres of Water (Half may be left in the car during the walks)

· Camera (Phone)

· Optional Hiking Poles and Gaiters

· Optional Swimwear and Towel

· Please let at least one other person know of your rough whereabouts for the trip.

· In light of the times, Hand Sanitizer
